As the summer heats up, a glass of sparkling rosé is sure to keep you cool, so why not try your hand at making your own? Brooklyn Brew Shop specializes in all kinds of DIY home brew kits and their latest one is a Sparkling Rosé Kit—just in time for the warm days ahead!
Inside the kit, you’ll find most of the items you’ll need, including juice mix, tubing and corks. I recommend using a funnel and, since the process takes about six weeks, you’ll have plenty of time to secure (read: drink) five champagne bottles to store your home brewed rosé in. The kit’s instructions are a little confusing but with some perseverance and patience, you’ll soon be serving up summer with your own personalized sparkling wine.
