Gentle Yoga – Online Drop In

Follow along with an instructor for gentle practices designed to help you release tension, enhance energy, stretch and strengthen your body, relax your mind and lift your spirits. This class is suitable for those able to get down and up from the floor. No previous yoga experience is required

Date and Time:
Wednesdays (4:30-5:30 pm ET)
Fridays (10:30-11:30 am ET)
Cost: $10 per session
Location: Zoom

Registration is available for the next week’s session upon the conclusion of this week’s session, until 15 minutes prior to the session start time.
