Last year\, she was honored with the ACM Lift Every Voice Award for her advocacy in amplifying underrepresented voices and championing diversity\, equity\, and inclusion in country music. Recommended for fans of The War & Treaty\, Joy Clark and Miko Marks. \nThis event is free to attend and open to all. Free parking is located in the deck across the street at 3150 Elion Drive. When you arrive\, walk through the outdoor breezeway to the courtyard and you will see the stage. A pivotal 1984 trip to Berlin redirected her work toward exploring personal identity through appearance\, a theme she carried through New York\, Rome\, Frankfurt\, and rural Washington State. Her authentic\, unstaged silver gelatin prints are now part of major museum collections worldwide\, including MoMA\, the Met\, and the Smithsonian.

Then\, you’ll take a stroll through the garden with Children’s Program staff and volunteers to see all that is happening in the garden\, read a couple children’s books with a garden twist\, and go home with a garden-themed craft created by your little one. \nPlease come dressed for the weather\, as this program is held outdoors. In the case of rain\, activities are moved to a sheltered location. Caregivers stay with children during the program and are encouraged to participate.
