Sunday Supper with Steven Satterfield & Joseph Lenn at Old Edwards Inn & Spa
Please join us in celebrating the height of the summer season in the mountains with James Beard Foundation award-winning chefs Steven Satterfield of Miller Union in Atlanta, and Joseph Lenn of J.C. Holdway in Knoxville, Tennessee. This dynamic duo, who also happen to be great friends, will present a multi-course menu full of summer’s most delicious flavors from The Garden at Old Edwards alongside perfect pairings from the Old Edwards sommeliers in the beautiful setting of The Orchard and The Farm. The summertime menu will feature recipes from Satterfield’s wildly successful first cookbook “Root to Leaf: A Southern Chef Cooks Through the Seasons” (recently featured on CBS This Morning) with some surprises included from a forthcoming book, along with favorite dishes created by Lenn in the kitchen at J.C. Holdway. Reception will take place in The Orchard House with seated dinner to follow in the pavilion.
