Vidrio’s Taste Tour of the Mediterranean: France

Raleigh’s Vidrio restaurant hosts a series of monthly dinners called Taste Tour of the Mediterranean: A Culinary Tour led by Executive Chef Saif Rahman. The destination and menu inspiration changes each month as chef Rahman and the kitchen team work their way through the Mediterranean. The next multi-course meal, Taste Tour of the Mediterranean, Destination: France, is at 6:30 pm Nov. 16, 2022. The price for this family meal is $200 per person with wine pairings plus tax and gratuity.

– Baked camembert with a baguette and blackberry jam
– Foie Gras Financier.
– Beef tartare with cornichons, shallots, capers berries, mustard leaves, egg yolk jam, black truffle and pommes frites
– Onion soup
– Rabbit cassoulet de Lapin
– Tartiflette with lardons, sweet onion and raclette cheese
– Poulet a la Normandy with lardons and apples
– Filet de boeuf en croute with mushroom duxelles and black truffle jus
