Vidrio’s Ukraine dinner to benefit World Central Kitchen

Vidrio restaurant will host a family-style Ukrainian dinner on June 23, 2022 to benefit World Central Kitchen’s efforts to feed people displaced by the Russian war on Ukraine. One hundred percent of the dinner’s proceeds will be donated.

Vidrio’s family-style dinner of Ukrainian dishes will cost $150 per person. The menu will showcase traditional home cooked dishes, including pampushky (garlic bread), salat oliviye (potato salad), chicken liver and apple salad, beef borscht, Hutsul banush (Carpathian Mountain grits), meat-stuffed cabbage rolls, chicken Kyiv, kielbasa and tovchanka (sausage, mashed potatoes and red beets and cabbage stew), cabbage and cucumber salad, and Kyiv cake for dessert.
