Best bartender hands down is Ethan W.
from the Merchant. I am from St Louis MO and have frequented many bars in and around a few states. My experience at the Merchant was not very welcoming, but Ethan made it worth the price of their drinks and the lack of hospitality. He is very professional and observant to his customers surroundings. I have since heard that he has moved on to better places and I am grateful North Carolina will see me again thanks to Ethan W.
Kelly lynch is a master at her craft. Fun beautiful and can make anything not to mention she makes it look effortless!
I disagree, Kimberly. The best bartender is Reese Hailey. I spend sixteen years at the white house bar and it really sucked. Reese saved my life through their compassion and loving embrace. I’m a farmer now out west but would still drive any day to their bar just to have a drink of alcoholic.

Best bartender has to be Ingrid Folkers! She is so knowledgeable about her craft (is a certified Bourbon Steward!!) and is so approachable about how to talk about whiskey or any spirit. She loves helping you find your drink of choice and will be happy to help you explore more options if you want!

Ingrid Folkers is the best bartender I know – and I’ve lived all over the world. First bartender I’ve ever seen do a hat trick with ease, was a Bourbon Women scholar in 2023, and won the Campari cocktail contest this year with her original recipe. I say all that to say – she does this with humility, grace, education, and compassion. You want a memorable experience with knowledge of spirits? Ingrid is your girl.
