Hailing from Iowa, Ingrid Folkers is known far and wide across the City of Oaks for the sensational sips she slings at Warehouse District’s Whiskey Kitchen. Last month, she wowed guests at the inaugural The Cocktail Classic, presented by The Exchange Raleigh, with her Miss Charming concoction, a delish (and gorg!) riff on a cosmopolitan.
