Meet Clovis LaCour, the ’tender shaking things up behind the fan-fave Person Street cocktail haven.
Hailing from Fuquay-Varina, Clovis LaCour can be found keeping spirits high at the mellow + cozy William & Company (affectionately dubbed Willco). The professional mixologist whipped up a riff on a martini via his Perfect Blue drink feat. Conniption Kinship gin, homemade chile-lemon oil and a mint leaf at the inaugural The Cocktail Classic, presented by The Exchange Raleigh.
