The Green Monkey moved to Wilmington Street in the core of downtown Raleigh. It did not close.
Question #3 is not correct. Sunflower’s Cafe opened at 315 Glenwood (across the street from Rockford) in 1983, and was in that spot for 21 years before moving to Peace Street for another 15 years. Hibernian took over the Glenwood space. The Sunflower’s owner lost her lease on Peace Street in 2019 because of the Seaboard development project.
