Altis™ at Serenity Lifestyle Showcase

The Altis™ at Serenity Lifestyle Showcase is a free event open to anyone interested in learning more about the active adult lifestyle and invites guests to experience modern 55+ community living.

Bring your family and friends to enjoy model home and amenity tours, local vendors, live music, food trucks and family-friendly activities. Guests will have the opportunity to tour seven model homes and the community’s resort-style amenity center while enjoying entertainment from acoustic duo Stolen Goods, live caricatures by Tooney Ty Caricature, and food from BUOY Bowls, Off the Hog and Mr. Puebla Tacos.

Local organizations and businesses will also be on-site to showcase the connections, resources and experiences that make the Fuquay-Varina community unique.
