‘First in Flight’ Summer Bash

Glasshouse Kitchen will host its “First in Flight” Summer Bash, a playful celebration of all things North Carolina, from local flavors to homegrown spirits. Inspired by North Carolina’s aviation history, the event will feature passed appetizers from Chef Kyle Fletcher spotlighting “flightless” birds, including Honey Hibiscus-Glazed Turkey Wings, Ostrich Skewers, and Braised Emu. Guests can also enjoy tastings and education from North Carolina spirits brands Cooks Mill Whiskey, Sutlers Gin, and Kill Devil Rum. Tickets include entry, food, and access to tasting stations, with General Admission available for $60 and All-Inclusive tickets for $90, which include three signature drink tickets.
