Friday Bourbon Release Dinner

Celebrate the arrival of Peck & Plume No. 3, our newest Maker’s Mark Private Selection bourbon, selected during The Mayton leadership team’s third barrel-selection trip to Kentucky.
On Friday, August 7, join us for an intimate evening dedicated to the craft and flavor of this one-of-a-kind bourbon release. The experience begins at 6 PM in our new outdoor space with a guided tasting of all three Peck & Plume bourbons, offering a rare opportunity to explore the evolution of our selections side by side.
Following the tasting, guests will gather in our intimate Redbud Room for a curated four-course dinner by executive chef Tyler Trice, thoughtfully paired with Maker’s Mark-inspired cocktails and bourbon selections designed to complement each course.
