Kids in Nature Day
As you may have heard, we are doing it again for the fifth year in a row! Hundreds of families in the Raleigh/Durham area have enjoyed this outdoor nature event each year, and we would like to invite you to join them!
Kids in Nature Day was a huge success again last year, and we have over 20 interactive exhibits this year, with a variety of live animals, hands-on nature activities, crafts, folk music, and guaranteed fun. Ranger Rick is coming again to greet everyone, too! This is a family event that is all about connecting kids with nature.
In our fifth year, it is being held again at Lake Benson Park in Garner on Sat., Oct. 10th, 1-4 PM. Celtic Creamery and Twisted Kettle will also be onsite for an afternoon treat. We invite your family and friends to register soon for this free outdoor event.
