In this workshop, we will observe local plant life and learn how to identify plants through sketching practices. Together we will practice the art of observation: a meditative process that encourages calm, focus, and steadiness in the midst of a busy day. Join us in learning how to build drawings from simple shapes, add line and value to create form, and develop thoughtful compositions on their sketchbook pages.
