The 23rd annual Summer Salute for Transitions LifeCare will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh. The Embers, featuring Craig Woolard, will once again bring their signature beach music, setting the stage for an evening of food, dancing, and summer fun. Guests can also look forward to our popular Summer Fun Raffle and the 10 Days of Summer Salute online auction.
