Parade of Homes Coming to Ponder
Ponder is excited to be part of the 2026 Parade of Homes event, taking place October 3-4, 9-11 and 16-18 from noon to 5 p.m. each day. Visitors are invited to tour four beautifully designed model homes and get an exclusive preview of the community before its official Ponder Days Grand Opening celebration on October 24-25. Located just minutes from Raleigh, Wendell and Zebulon, Ponder offers a blend of small-town charm, modern living and everyday convenience. The event is free and open to the public.
