Raleigh’s Irregardless Thanksgiving Dinner

The menu offers choices for every appetite and dietary restriction. Among the appetizers, choose from crispy artichoke hearts with lemon tahini, salmon cigar (fresh salmon belly wrapped in nori and lumpia with a kick of Chinese hot mustard), sweet potato ginger soup, and more. For the main course, choose between the classics and vegetarian showstoppers. There’s roasted turkey breast with all the trimmings, prime rib with mac and cheese gratin and horseradish cream, and a heirloom carrot Wellington layered with mushroom duxelles and gruyère in golden puff pastry.
